When you get, what you train for

One thing first: good job ladies :-)

Vera Nicolussi-Leck, a year ago, decided to take on another challenge.

After several years training mostly for bike races, she decided to do (again after 8 years) a triathlon race. And we know, that Vera don't choose the simple things, so the choice was Elbaman 73, a very demanding middle distance race (1.9k swim - 90k bike - 21k run).

With high workload, the time to train is always a bit limited. But we arrived at race day with the best possible shape and Vera is a racer, so what came out was a really good performance, especially for the first two disciplines.

6:21.01 allowed her to take 2nd place in her category M2.

That's what we trained for :-)

Congrats Vera, good job!

For Nancy Prugger it' s the same, very high workload.

She did most of her preparation for the Prosecco Cycling race over 100k and 1400+, indoors. Also a bit of health problems the day before the race start, were not helpful.

But again, also Nancy gave her best and in 4:41.30 she got what we trained for :-)

Well done Nancy, let's go further!
