4th Trisutto camp at Playitas - Fuerteventura

Also the 4th and last Trisutto triathlon camp at Playitas during these winter months was very successful.

It was all about he right combination between training sessions and giving useful tips to the campers how to do the homework applying the Trisutto training principles.  

We are happy to report, that everyone, in just one week, learned a lot and got already better, using our full body force technique in all three disciplines.
